A highly interactive two-day training to support branch staff and volunteers to improve levels of community engagement in their work. The package includes modules and practical exercises on what is community engagement, understanding the community, communicating with communities, community participation and community feedback. Training modules can be delivered independently or over several sessions. Face-to-face package is available in English and Arabic, with additional languages coming soon. Please note that the Arabic version of the training is a rough translation and not the official one. We would request that any external organizations who use these materials credit the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
