This case study shows how integrating CEA into Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) in Red Cross Red Crescent (RCRC) operations has enhanced efficiency and transparency as National Societies across Europe supported people displaced by the conflict in Ukraine. Including insights from National Societies in Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Slovakia the study highlights the use of both digital and more traditional systems to meet needs, and the importance of effective feedback mechanisms to quickly identify and address issues.
