In Early 2023 Hellenic Red Cross began closing activities it had been delivering at the Ritsona accommodation centre, home to around 2,000 refugees and migrants. This case study sets out how the exit strategy adopted ensured people understood the changes, and where possible, where supported to access alternative services.
