Description
The CEA Surge Review was conducted in 2024 to guide future investments in CEA surge. Through secondary data review, key informant interviews, and a survey of CEA surge roster members, it analyses current CEA surge capacity and demand, identifies common challenges experienced by CEA surge while on deployment, assesses the effectiveness of CEA surge trainings at preparing people for deployment, and examines how to better engage and support CEA surge members after trainings.
