CEA Guide and Toolkit

The CEA Guide provides an overview of CEA approaches and activities that can be applied to any type of programme or operation at any point in the programme cycle. The guide can be used alongside the comprehensive CEA Toolkit which includes templates, checklists, and detailed guidance on how to put the CEA minimum actions in the Guide into practice.

IFRC Feedback Kit

The IFRC Feedback Kit is Tool 15 in the CEA Toolkit and aims to support users to build and manage community feedback mechanisms. It does this by assembling all available resources across the six stages of the feedback cycle, and directing the user to those most relevant to a specific situation.
