A case study documenting a comprehensive self-assessment carried out by The Netherlands Red Cross across its Domestic Department to understand how the Society is progressing towards the Movement-wide CEA commitments. Based on the findings of the self-assessment, an action plan was drawn up setting out how the minimum CEA-actions could be achieved, and CEA institutionalised into standard ways of working.
