The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) is undertaking substantial efforts to institutionalise CEA across its operations and programmes, and to advance the implementation of the CEA Minimum Commitments. As part of this process, ARCS has recently launched its CEA policy, which serves as a strategic framework guiding the National Society’s engagement with communities and the design and delivery of its services to ensure they are responsive, inclusive, and accountable.
